They look much better all neat and tidy and in full colour!

I often wonder why so many star designs are made up with a light background. The stars in the sky show up much better in a dark sky.

I am looking forward to being old so I can wear purple!
I like to have at least two colour strips around the edge of the blocks in a quilt, at least an inch or two of one, then a contrast binding. That is the minimum for me, and most times I use two before the binding.
I might have to add some narrow borders tot he designs waiting in this project file.
